Our aim is to give our customers the highest level of service. However, once you have started consuming a service, you cannot get your money back. If you have not yet used your purchase and are not completely satisfied with it, for any reason, we will refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not initiate the service. Any claims on refunds should be made within 30 days after making the purchase.

There are services that are ineligible such as those which have been consumed or partially consumed already.
